Refunds and Cancellations

EasyWayTrip.co.uk is working as a trusted travel agent and consolidator for airlines, and we strictly follow the policies of respective airlines while booking flight tickets for your preferred destinations.

In situations where Personal Identifiable Details and other required information are appropriately submitted apart from Flight Ticket Pricing, EasyWayTrip.co.uk shall offer passengers the option to proceed with the Booking, Alteration, or Cancellation process.

If the passenger is approved for a refund on the flight ticket, the refund amount shall be processed within approximately 3–7 working days to reflect in the original payment method. Processing times may vary during weekends or public holidays.

Flight Cancellations

Flights may be cancelled before departure in the first leg of the journey, provided the cancellation request is submitted in writing by the primary passenger who originally made the booking. Cancellation requests made by any unauthorized representative may not be accepted.

Important Information

• Flight tickets booked through EasyWayTrip.co.uk are generally non-changeable and non-refundable unless stated otherwise by the airline at the time of booking.
• Flight tickets once booked cannot be transferred to another passenger under any circumstances.
• Cancellation or modification requests should be submitted in writing at least 72 hours before the departure of the first leg of the journey. Requests received outside working hours may be processed on the next business day.
• All cancellation and modification requests are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective airline or supplier.
• Where refunds or changes are permitted, EasyWayTrip.co.uk may charge an administration fee in addition to airline or supplier charges.
